𓆃 Cup of warm herbal tea, we suggest Lemon Balm or Raspberry leaf
𓆃 Be in a comfortable private place so you can drop into Ceremonial space
𓆃 Do something to signal you are in ceremony, such as light a candle when we begin
𓆃 If you can, take 15 mins before to meditate, journal or stretch in Nature before our Ceremony
